Within this program, no. However, yes, patients can still use their insurance for services outside of our program, including specialists, hospital care, imaging, medications, and laboratory testing.
What services are included in the program?
Our program includes comprehensive primary care services such as preventative care, acute and chronic care management, wellness visits, follow-ups, virtual visits, and select in-office procedures.
Who will I see for my appointments?
Patients are cared for by our Cleveland Primecare team rather than one single provider, allowing for greater scheduling flexibility and access to care.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We strive to offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible to provide more convenient and timely care.
Can I contact my provider directly?
Yes. Members have access to direct communication with our care team through approved communication methods, including phone, messaging, and virtual care options.
Are there copays for appointments?
No. Covered visits through the program do not require copays.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes. Virtual visits are available for many types of appointments and follow-up care.
Are labs and imaging included?
Laboratory testing and imaging are not included in the membership; however, we may offer discounted cash pricing through our partner vendors.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Memberships may be canceled through written notice according to the terms of the membership agreement.
